Elegant Afternoon Tea from The Dorchester at The Empire.

It was the last day of this unique afternoon tea to be held in Brunei. I found it amusing because it was really packed, full of customers waiting in line for their turn to taste this extravagant bakery that is the wonderful taste of Scones. Now the thing is ive tried alot of scones all around but of course there are few good ones and bad ones but i would have to say this was one of the good ones. *hehe* the thing when i bought the scones it was already filled with the cream and the yummy yummy strawberry jam...wuuuuu..ok now im hungry. hahaha..









The image on the left is basically the Scone served in Empire and whipped by myself hehehe...

Hello again. Now what i am showing to you is basically images of what was happening during the BLNG 6 in 1 Community/Social Performance. This event goes on every year and and always in progress. I dont want to touch more on this as i already explain on my previous post on this. Anyway display are the images of various people, kids and activities happen during the day.

I should say when i saw this picture i fallen in love with it. This was one of the rare pictures u can get around Brunei. and YES this is in BRUNEI. If im not mistaken a group of them photogs from BSRC Photography went down to Selirung *please correct me* and they went for a day trip and gotten alot of photos. One of them is this shown. Now u notice the name of is mine and his reason being that i edit it to make it nicer and he took the photo and of course i did ask permission. Now the unique thing about this picture is taken during the guys on the other side instructing the fisherman on the other side standing to throw his "ramban" again correct me if im wrong. Anyway AJ are miles away but still manage to get a good shot. Anyhow great shot mate. More to come im sure.

Anyway i know i have not been updating on the blog for the past few days. Not because i cant do it but it just so happen alot happen during this few days. For e.g. the lightning and thunderstorm so obviously everthing has to be shut down. hehehe...so of course no update bt hey im back now. To my frequent readers thanks for coming and supporting me and as for those who visits do come and visit again. Here you are the Rafting Classic 2008 that was held on the 17th August 2008 in the hot sunday morning. The crowds loves it especially the rowers because the water was up to a level where is not on a high tide mode hehehe...Anyway this Raftinc Classic is a national event that is conjunction with HIS MAJESTY SULTAN OF BRUNEI Birthday (62). This event was held at Kuala Belait.

This is one of the participants who entered the wind and rowing competition under the SESSION 3 Competition

Again he was one of the Pirates Of the Caribbean Participants. Now i call him the Sotong Man! hehehe...*jgn mare yaaa* hehehe...But he has the guts to do so...he was actually posing infront of the camera and at the time he just got off from his raft and i think few ppl fall in the water i think because they thought they have landed on LAND...hehehe...

Oh my! Now when first saw them i went Kewlll..and they looked at me with their fierce looking faces. Its like saying "im going to getcha" its either that or "Come here and we will feed you seaweed" errrr...ok ok lah...so in the end i said "id like to take your pictures" and look at them now they are all smiling. That proves that taking pictures can make mostly everyone smile. hehehe...look at them they did, the PRISONERS from PRISON BREAK!...penyamunnnnn! wawawa
If im not mistaken their raft was DURIAN...now i question myself, why is their RAFT namely DURIAN and their attire are Soldiers? hmmmm...now i get it, its because they dont throw water balloons or even using a SUPER SOAKER to defeat their enemies...they were trying DURIANsssss...oh my! that was dangerous but Unfortunately the Durian was really heavy so they were not able to carry it on the RAFT because they will end in the water*hahah* Guys, its either my sickness is making me brain dead but did i spell "carry" correctly or was it "carrying?" anyway...nice work guys....
They got 3rd hahahahaha...and of course they deserve it..y? because we the help of all superheros and supervillans working together they are able to distroy their enemies with a split of seconds but unfortunately they got 3rd because they had to save their innocents at the same time as well trying to catch up with the raft because of the super villans didnt careless abt the innocents knowing they want to win. *haha*...Go Ku! couldnt fly because his energy wore off because of the rafting. hahaha...

Howdy partner...now u got to becareful with this person, On his right he has a gun fills with peppermint spray gun and on his left he has a balloon bomb filled with River Water. Now u dun wanna go near him because if u did he is ready for actions. hehehe... Ohhhhooooooiiiiiiiii! ShimmerBeTimber...S-008 going for war, A Balloon War..Prepare for battle aginst the pirates, the cowboy's, the wiggles, the romanians, the superheros and super villans. We are here to protect and our territory and to Win the competition. I can imagine them saying it hahaha...

Blng have dedicated their time not only working with the company as well as the community surrounding their areas. So basically Liang and Lumut areas. Blng plays an important role to satisfy and pleased the people surrounding the area and try to give them support. This particular even 6 in1 Social performance event was in line with giving the community to have a chance to not only have fun but as well to be educated the importance of the general world today. Blng invited people from different working areas, such as the Ministry of Health, the SPARKS, the polis OCP and Bureau Narcotics and many more. This was the opportunity for them to engage with the people from the area and educate the right things in life.

GOH taking a tour around the area, below with the SPARKS Representative. Actually he looks familiar, i think he was from St.Andrews School or is it someone i know through a friend of mine..im confused. the kids taking a tour particularly at the narcotic exhibition where they were showing a video clip of ppl taking drugs and what happen to them at the end of the day. so guys..>SAY NO TO DRUGS<
