Nanchos with a bit of Umph:
1. Nachos Chips
Sos:
1. tomato puree
2. tomato sos
3. ginger
3. ginger
4. cili sos
5. vinegar
6. capsicum
7. onions
8. garlic mince
9. salt and pepper
add them all together, cook with olive oil and butter together and then add the ingredients...optional u can add any meat u like up to ur own preference...( i would put sausage as it is fast and easy). After that just plate ur chips and then top it up with the sos that was cooked and give a bit of Mozarella Cheese and Yoghurt together and walaaaahhh...Ur Nachos with a bit of Umph...
