Nanchos with a bit of Umph:
1. Nachos Chips
Sos:
1. tomato puree
2. tomato sos
3. ginger
3. ginger
4. cili sos
5. vinegar
6. capsicum
7. onions
8. garlic mince
9. salt and pepper
add them all together, cook with olive oil and butter together and then add the ingredients...optional u can add any meat u like up to ur own preference...( i would put sausage as it is fast and easy). After that just plate ur chips and then top it up with the sos that was cooked and give a bit of Mozarella Cheese and Yoghurt together and walaaaahhh...Ur Nachos with a bit of Umph...
They Said if we pose it will look good in the picture, so what if they didnt pose, lets say CANDID...hehe...

It was such a wonderful night to attend one of the function in KB and it was really good because i get to meet new people as well as colleagues who drove all the way from Bandar to attend this function, it was conjunction with Musfada Bosh Birthday *hehe* Happy Birthday David and at the same time celebrating the "last day" of chinese new year for this year i think they call it Chap Goh Mei <-- Please correct me, thanks...

Ronaldo(2) and Rooney(2) put a fine display and show that they can do it, not to forget Saha appeared during the 2nd half and scored a goal in the 90min..Congrats Man Utd...Newcastle better luck next time
